A. As part of our service, advice & surveys are totally free & without obligation.

Q. Will there be a lot of mess?
A. We are very tidy, always use dust sheets and come complete with a vacuum cleaner.

Q. Do you do simple maintenance i.e. just replace a broken rope?
A. No job is too big or too small. We can help with all types of sash windows.

Q. Can you also upgrade the glass in my windows?
A. Yes, we can repair broken panes, upgrade glass to laminate, or instal new double glazed units.

Q. Will the replacement windows look exactly like my original sash windows?
A. Yes, where we are replacing timber, the original timber profiles are maintained within the new timber windows, thus reproducing the original authenticity.
